 I.Using the search forms

Unit Number

Enter the prefix, then a space, then all or part of the unit number. Unit Number is the fastest of all the searches.

The Unit Number search will look for any reports that "begin with" the values you enter.

Use the Unit Number field in the Combination search if you need to find "any part" of a unit number
Most Recent

Most Recent shows you reports from the last few months.

If you no reports show up on the screen, then try extending your date range by using the date criteria in the Combination search.

Location

The Location search can be very powerful. But using part of our Location codes you can search for reports by city, state or country. The Location field will look for "any part" of a location code.

Use the Location search on the "more searches" page if you don't want or need the control of this Location search. (the Location search on the "more searches" page has a drop down of location values, but you can only search by one location)

Our Location code are
broken down into three parts:

1. Depot
2. City
3. Country or State

Some suggested  location searches

Will return all reports done in :

TX --the state of Texas (TX), USA.
SG --Singapore (XXX-XXX-SG)
HOU --HOUston Texas
NE -- NEw Orleans and NEtherlands and NEwark, NJ.

3) a range of dates.

You can also search by date if you leave Unit Number or Location blank.

II. Search results layout and what's on it

Click on the brown report type in the report column.  Each report opens in a new window.
This will automatically start acrobat reader (you must have this installed on your machine to view our reports which are in PDF file format.)

You can also perform another search from this page (note the search form is now on the left of the screen.)

Onhire and certain other reports may contain photos. If the report has photos, the web site will display that report with photos. If photos are not available for that report, it will only contain text information.

Searching For Your Reports Using a "Unit Number" search, I can't find a report that should be on the web site. Be sure that you have a space between the prefix and the number on the unit number search

If you want to do a unit number search on any part of the unit number, use the "Multiple Criteria" Search Form and enter part of the unit number (e.g., 345), and leave "Location" blank to find all 345's at any location.
Viewing Your Reports Our server supports "page at a time" downloading. (You can review page 1 immediately, while the rest of the pages are being downloaded to your computer.) If you you find you have to wait until all pages are downloaded and you want to improve the speed . . .
